The tension control of the film during the winding and unwinding process must remain effective for any running speed of the equipment, including the acceleration, deceleration and uniform speed of the equipment. The stability of tension control is directly related to the quality of slitting products. If the tension is insufficient, the film will drift during operation, and the finished paper will be wrinkled after rewinding; if the tension is too large, the film will be easily broken, which will increase the number of ends of the finished product after rewinding. So the winder must have a good tension control system.
The unwinding part is driven by a 5.5KW asynchronous motor, and the winding part is driven by a 5.5KW asynchronous motor. Both motors are equipped with encoders and adopt vector closed-loop control. Both inverters use ES5004T5R5G. There are line speed sensor and tension sensor between the systems. PLC receives the signals of the line speed sensor and tension sensor, performs tension calculation, and controls the rewinding and unwinding inverter through the analog output port to maintain the actual line speed, tension and setting on the HMI. The fixed line speed and tension signal are consistent. The 1# inverter is the unwinding inverter, and the 2# inverter is the winding inverter. During normal operation, the 1# inverter adopts the speed control mode, and the 2# inverter adopts the torque control mode. When the equipment needs to be reversed When winding, the 1# inverter is in torque control mode, and the 2# inverter is switched to speed control mode.
